At One with Nature

Its been a fantastic night... Ive been up Red hall riding tonight..

I love being there, Mondays now are turning into such spiritual nights, its not just about the riding its about being there at one with nature...

The horses run free in the fields, everyone has made me feel so welcome and i just cant get enough of being there..

It was my fellas birthday today, we have had a really good day after not so good a start (a credit card fraud cost me 600 quid today) which wasn't good, Barclay's told me it was confirmed and everything was right, 3 months after sending out the garments they decided they would change their minds, i was furious so have now taken it out of the website.. i cant afford to lose that amount of money, i was buying next week new stock, but sadly now, down to someone not being honest and a thief its stopped me from getting new lines in... Id loverto get hold of them, i can tell you.. i did feel so sorry for my fella, to have that on your birthday wasn't nice... We didn't let it spoil our day instead enjoyed the sunshine in between working and managed to laugh for most of the day...

I wanted to cancel my lesson tonight so i could spend the night with him.. but he wanted to work !! the guy never stops (you were right Sharon and Cheryl) hes definitely a Duracell bunny ..lol But if it makes him happy i cant complain, he always tried so hard...

So tonight i took on the garden first and spent 3 hours creating my tranquil place, the birds are all visiting daily now and its the place i spend most of my time in.. especially if that suns shining..

So tonight i took my camera to the school. Kevin wouldn't let me take a picture of him so was hiding up as his hair wasn't spiked but he said i could mention how sexy he is.... lol he does make you giggle this guys as mad as me...

We had the lesson in the school, so it was a tough night, he was really putting us through our pace and boy wasn't it hot , my hair is still stuck to my head!

I was riding Billy again (hes beginning to play ball now too) usually this horse is so stubborn and wont move til he wants to, so week by week I'm getting stronger legs and learning to get him working with me..I even got him cantering lovely tonight without my whip ...

The night for me was brilliant again, as we got to wash the horses down before putting them to bed, and to be honest its as good as riding to me.. Watching them gallop off into the fields never fails to take my breath away.. its so beautiful........

Ive got a few photos of inside the school. they are a little blurry as it was really dusty tonight and we were moving quick, but thanks to my friends at the stable (all taking the mickey) they did help out and take some photos...lol

I got a treat tonight and some good news to finish the night....

The treat was I was allowed to put Dillon to bed (hes spectacular and 21 hands high) and the horse I'm so desperate to ride... Kevin's promised i can ride him as soon as I'm ready, so I'm throwing myself into getting this right but enjoying every moment as it happens...lol

I wanted to try and get me in the photo so i can show you just how tall he is, but holding the rope and trying to take a photo was impossible (and he isn't a horse to mess about with ) but the good news is Kevin's invited me up the stables for the day Thursday !! yipeeee so I'm going into work at 5 getting everything packed and done and starting there at 9am til 5pm, I'm so excited that means I'm riding Wednesday now (jumping) and all day Thursday... I really couldn't feel much happier.. Its home quick shower and then off to meet Cheryl for Richard and Sharon's salsa class..

Ive got to turn in now as i have to be in work by 5am tomorrow (im taking my fella to the beach for the day) seems we had to work so hard today.. its supposed to be beautiful tomorrow and we desperately need a tan, so decided ill work very early mornings and enjoy the sunshine while its here...lol

What a week ive got to look forward to now...........

I cant thank mother nature enough...lol

Dance yourself Dizzy

Good morning world, are you all still in bed? ....lol

What a beautiful day again, perhaps summers finally arrived..
Its been another great week, i didnt have the best of luck last year, but since my birthday ive been very lucky, I have been doing so much good stuff, found dancing and my new friends and fell in love with riding, i know to some people that doesn't sound much, but Ive got more from these things than you could imagine and feel so happy inside...

Thursday was Cuban salsa with Sharon and Richard at the staithe, so for any of you that are in our area, GET YOURSELF DOWN THERE..lol We love the classes, the company and always have such a great night..

So if you want to join us all use the link on my favourites and come along... Stalham isn't the sleepy village most of you would imagine, these guys know how to party so come along and see..

We were out at our friends Friday night for a cook in and had such a brilliant night, i got to hear first hand one of the new tunes the lords composed, and am hoping hell let me post it once hes happy and sent me a copy..lol theres a story behind the song, but ill talk you through that step by step if he will let me have a copy, I promise it will be a blog NOT TO BE MISSED.... but not typically a clean one !!! (well what do you expect from me, i like to use my imagination )lol... Its to do with a ritual , marble tables and lots of candles and blindfolds.. that much i will give insight too.........so you need to read, close your eyes and imagine when you listen to it... it is brilliant, this guy is so talented its untrue, but needs to be heard..(so ill tell the story and he'll compose the music).... what a brilliant way to work...lol

Last night was our salsa party... the good news is i got to dance with Brett again !!! hes such a lovely guy the more i learn the more i respect him, hes gentle, very patient and wonderful to dance with....

The bad news is we all decided to be ill last night and it cut the night short (we are usually the last to leave) but ended up at 11 i had to go.. i was so annoyed at myself..

Id been looking forward to it all day but had a bad headache, i blamed the weather at it was stormy, so took no notice and carried on getting ready, 5 Min's before we were supposed to leave i was constantly feeling sick was really badly dizzy to the point of walking into my breakfast bar and the headache had got worse... i really didn't feel well at all.....

I wouldn't tell my fella (he was in the shower) so instead made the mistake of not saying anything, we got there my fella then said he didn't feel well and felt dizzy, Cheryl had the same thing so all off us sat there giggling about why we didn't tell each other ! i didn't want to let Cheryl down so was going hell or high water, she was the same and all three of us shouldn't have been out....lol

I was asked to dance so many times, each time i dare not decline in case they wouldn't ask again and danced so badly, i was constantly apologising to these poor blokes...lol

We were then walking out of the door (my fella was outside on the grass as he was then feeling sick too) and Brett came over !!! He is such a gentleman he thought wed got some beers lined up elsewhere and wanted to know why we were going? so i told him i was crud (which he found highly amusing) and needed to go, as i was going to fall on my arse, if anyone tried to spin me and embarrass them terribly....

He asked me to have one dance before i left and took so much care, he didn't spin me instead was so gentle and attentive, this guy really is in my eyes a real gentleman... I loved my dance, managed not to embarrass him and promised him next time, he can push me out to the limits.. I was really not on form at all.. he was nice enough to have read the situation well, and it shows this guy doesn't dance to show off, he dances to give his partners a great dance and wants them to enjoy it.........................And that's the real meaning of dancing....

I cant wait for this weeks classes, i hope whatever it is that's taken hold of me Cheryl and Steve passes, our friend Jane was suffering the same symptoms last week, so it looks like its a bug.. Any bug that stops me from dancing should be banned in my eyes.. lol

Good stuff

Its monday.. i have to say coming back to work feels pretty good today, its been a non stop week but really good... me and my fella both feel tired so its been a bit of a joke today, hes been to meetings looking like he needs matchsticks to stay awake....

Im still giggling about Saturday, i had a text message from cheryl that started me off again (i wished id had decent batteries in my camera.. my fellas been giggling all weekend about me being able to fly.... Ivans now joined my facebook community and has promised me another flying lesson next time we see him... im so glad i didnt wear a dress that night !!

its your turn next cheryl..... weeeeeeeeeeeeee do what i did, shut your eyes piss yourself laughing and pray..

Its riding tonight......... so ill be sitting there at least 2 hours before the lesson all ready to go, watching the clock, im glad i ride late at night as i love being out there when the suns setting, but the hours between getting home from work and leaving to ride drag on.... so i may just have to slot something else in there, or perhaps have an extra long lesson, im always starving when i get home covered in mud but on such a high.... its what makes me work quicker mondays too, its my reward to working hard (thats what i call it anyway) lol

Yesterday we hit the beach, the kids were all having such a good time, we went collecting limpets and had such a good time, i love being near the sea, its so inspiring, i always come back like a new pin adding things on that wish list.... its the first time ive got my bikini out this year, but hopefully not the last..... it was beautiful...

What is it about sunshine that makes everything seem so easy, everyone smiles, everyone feels happy, we actually start to appreciate just what good stuff we have around here in norfolk...

I didnt realise until i started the riding and dancing, just how much good stuff is going on here, most nights now we are out enjoying dancing or mother natures gifts... i honestly think this is going to be the best year yet..

I used to laugh about people saying life begins at 40.........

Now i understand exactly where they are coming from...... Im loving this year already, and im only half way through it !! lol

Midsummers party

I'm still smiling this morning, i bet you are still giggling aren't you Cheryl? hehehe

My god what a night that was.........

We spent mid summers at a salsa party...with our Tuesday group...

We did three classes first , salsa, bachata more salsa, i didn't get much sleep the night before as we were out with our friends so i thought i was rather going to struggle...lol

The day went by in a blur with my fella asleep at every opportunity, and me trying to clean up the house (it looked like a bomb had gone off) but we got through the day ok, anyway i can sleep loads later when I'm pushing up daisies...lol

Its been a brilliant weekend, it really has...

Last night i was thrown over a guys head (who's about 6 " 5") honestly !! lol

What a blast !! it was brilliant...

His name is Ivan Hospodar(all you dance guys and instructors will know this guy) i wont forget his name in a hurry either, my god how good is he ?????????

We were dancing away and he came over to me and asked me to dance, he'd already taken the bachata class so i thought it wouldn't be too hard !! OMG am i a blond or what...

He was asking questions and asked if id done ballroom dancing before..nope , he was complimenting me on my arms of all things (that's down to you Sharon) and your hard work, i couldn't move my arms until i went to her classes, shes helped me so much ....

Anyway i have never seen or felt anything like this guy before, i was twisted turned thrown and pushed as hard as i have ever been in my entire life, i was sweating lost my earrings, my hair clips and a necklace but it was worth every bit..

Cheryl sat there in hysterics..............

I was taught things that Ive already been up practising this morning! and i have to say to date..

I cant believe i really did that !!!!!!! my fella didn't stop talking when he got home and said he didn't know how the hell i kept up with it (id had no vodka either) just lime and soda and a good pair of salsa shoes...lol

Im not sure what i got wrong or right, i don't care what i looked like, its how i felt that i liked best ! it felt incredible...........

We went into turns and things I'm years away from learning, but somehow i managed to get through ok, my smile was that huge, my lips had stuck to my teeth !!

I was spun and spun and dipped and twisted and half way through he decided that he would pick me up and spin me over his head ! it was the best dance i have ever had ...

Four times he came over and asked me to dance, by the end of the night i looked like id been in a shower..lol Adrian said Ivan had been hogging me all night (which made me giggle), so i even got a dance with him...

It was a brilliant night, i don't know where that energy came from, im still pretty shocked this morning, but its done one thing and really helped my confidence..

Its like Cheryl said " after dancing like that, you couldn't possibly ever feel nervous again" mmm shes right..lol

This guy is world class at ballroom, salsa tango and as many dances as i could write, i will probably never dance like that again, but mid summers for me will definitely not be forgotten..

Salsa Nights

Its another mad week, but what a good one...

Monday was riding, we were out hacking in the country so i came home beaming and talked non stop to my fella who did a good job at smiling in all the right places, i bet he doesn't actually hear a word, i am pretty bad ill admit, i just get excited and like to share it..lol

Kevins jumping this week at the Norfolk show, i really want to go to watch...

Tuesday was salsa night, cross body this time, were actually learning both styles now, god knows how my fellas doing it, but he is, the class all got up this week and did the sexy bomba, so a round of applause was deserved to adrian and all the guys that got up and really had a go... good on you guys....

Don't ask me about Wednesday, my dad was really ill (its his heart) so the day was spent in and out of the surgery having various tests done, by the time i got to work got done, that was it, the day was over, i went home fell asleep and slept 15 hours straight through (which is a first for me) all this exercise is great but ive decided wednesdays im leaving free to sleep..i don't seem to get any of that during the week anymore....lol

Last night was Cuban salsa with Sharon and Richard ! its been my favourite day of the week ,so far, what a class! it was brilliant fun, i honestly cant believe how well my fellas doing, hes definitely on a mission, and finally been cubanized, he came home saying how much he loves Cuban style last night !! hehe
I was hoping the bug would bite, it got me after one class, but so many of the class came back, its really good..these guys deserve our support they are such nice people and wonderful teachers.. Sharons always smiling and glows inside out..

We had another go at reggaeton, the girls were all 'body trembling' away, its such fun to do and everyone was smiling away, what better way to get fit than dancing......

I got to dance bachata last night with the lord ... hes getting really good at salsa now (even putting in the wiggles), so Ive put him a video in above to see if i can scare him a little.....(next weeks aim?) hehe

My fella had dances with Sharon and Cheryl and i must say, i couldn't believe the difference in just a week, he was beaming when he came off that floor, and well deserved too, they did brilliantly..

I didn't do so well with poor Richard, i messed up big time, (sorry Richard) im fine when i don't think, but with a brain like i have, I'm lethal when i try to use it..lol so i'll stick to vodka and not think in future !! ol

When everyone went home it just left 8 of us, so we all lined up, men one side, women the other and had such a blast, we had to strut our stuff and torment the guys, with them shaking trouser legs at us, returning the favour... it was brilliant..


Ive got a little message for Adrian this morning ............. Yes......you've cracked it !! the line up helped him find what he was looking for.. because by the end of the night he was dancing pure salsa...... well done you...

It was a brilliant night, I'm buzzing this morning (and couldn't sleep as i had rompe in my head all night again...lol

Tonight Ive got to wear a dress !! we are out with our friends for a meal ( i do really like chips and little wooden sticks !) so Ive got to get done early today and try and work out which fork to use ! I'm like a duck out of water anywhere posh, so it should be a real giggle tonight..... im looking forward to it...lol

Its been a great week, there's a lot to fit in everyday now, but boy am i feeling good inside.

Its all thanks to a great group of people I called my friends........

Garden Party

Its Sunday!...yesss my day of rest !! lol

Its been another brilliant week, im shattered but really excited..

We went to a party last night as our friends son is emigrating to America, i cant believe how much effort this guy put into it last night, he never stopped...

The food was out of this world and just kept coming, he had done so much no one could honestly eat any more, it wasn't the normal sandwich stuff either! we had food last night that any restaurant would be proud of... Lauren didn't stop eating and must have had at least 8 plate fulls..lol The funniest part of the day was catching her with her head in a chocolate fountain, she couldnt see we were looking and was literaly in the foundtain with a smile as big as the sun..

There were a huge adult bouncy castle (well we had to try that one out) that babysat the kids lovely for us, but the whole afternoon and night was totally brilliant..

Its the 2nd time we've been to his mums house (that's where the party was held) but every time i meet this lady i want to give her a hug, shes so full of life and always smiling, so watching her salsaing round the garden last night with my fella was brilliant.. Id love a mum like her... shes brilliant and so much fun...

Mark went to so much effort to make everyone enjoy their day, it was unbelieveable.... I hope you re not too hungover (but bet you are..lol) we had a brilliant day...

My eldest son couldn't come to the party with us because he was invited to go out and fly a glider for the day !!! omg he was so excited and had such a brilliant day, im so proud of how hes turning out....

Its been a wonderful week and an even better weekend .. thanks to so many wonderful friends... and a very unique tree...............lol

Save the last dance

Oh MY God ! didnt we have a brilliant night Cheryl. im still on cloud nine this morning..lol

I dont know what happened last night it may have been friday the 13th but it really was lucky for me..

Brett came to the Keir Hardie, so i finally got to dance with him.......this guys is something special when he dances... i didnt just have one dance either, he started the night off and finished it in style for me, i danced my heart out last night thanks to many lovely vodkas and a rather nervous attitude..lol

I dont know if it was because one guy asked me, but all night i was getting asked to dance one after another........i was shocked, it doesnt happen, they wont usually ask me... so god knows whats changed it, all i can say is wow..........

I danced with some wonderful dancers, did my very best and hopefully didnt let myself down too much.. our little group were brilliant all smiling and cheering even when i didnt have a clue what i was doing..lol

I was so happy the nerves went after that first dance and i ended up having so many great dances i couldnt go to sleep, the pillow couldnt fit both me and my smile on it........lol

Totally brilliant night you guys, its really made my day today... my smile is huge !!

I went to sleep eventually at 4am , had to get up at 5am to cut my sons hair ! hes flying today, its his first time in a glider, so as i promised i got up gave him a hair cut, packed his lunch and had him there by 6.30......... my eyes are struggling to keep open at the moment, but my minds buzzing .. its the best night ive ever had up there, i hope whatever i did that made them ask stays with me and its the start of very sore feet every friday...lol

Were now off to a party this afternoon with the kids, so it should be a wonderful end to one of the best dancing weekends ive ever had......

Sharon & Richard Cuban Salsa Lessons

It's a huge thank you to Richard and Sharon for all their hard work last night.. What a great class you guys gave us...

All the girls got to try out reggaeton (which I am totally hooked on at the moment) you can often find me outside body trembling with my headset on.. It's actually pulling in my waistline ! but such great fun !!

Last night the group was all lovely everyone was happy to be there and made the whole night great fun, I actually asked 2 guys to dance too..lol

I danced with the lord (who, by the way has already got it down to a T in just 2 lessons!) and I also asked Richard (sharons wonderful partner and our great teacher) I made a hash of that one totally so apologies for standing on your feet.. I was rather nervous (but wont tell anyone that) lol.

My partner likes to dance with Cheryl as she kind to him and I tell him off (oops) shes so good at it and makes it look easy, i love watching them but keep forgetting to take my camera ! so next time ill try and remember, id love to get these guys on video.. Youtube again for you cheryl.. pleaseeeeee lol

Its much better dancing with others anyway as from a couple point of view you tell each other off too much ! so there I am saying no turns, please don't do that etc..Poor bloke no wonder he doesn't like to dance with me, I wouldn't want to either...Lol it's a nervous thing I think... I can tell him when I'm nervous so will get him to make it easier... It's a cop out I know.. and not as exciting as dancing with someone you just have to follow and have a go...lol

I loved the night, we waited til everyone had gone home and Richard put Orisha on.. I recognised the track from body styling so me Cheryl and Sharon all got up, I tried to show my fella when I did the class and couldn't remember the steps, but as soon as that music came on back it all came.. This salsa really is brilliant fun..

Next week they are getting the guys to have a giggle they are doing Rumba with us, the story is the guy usually holds a handkerchief and is out to fertilize the woman...Lol (yes honestly)

She is offering and tormenting him with wiggles and offers of her skirt (aiming at him and looking open to ideas) but hes got to work for it and catch her out.. so hes dancing around the women and can catch her with either a foot a hand eyes anything basically that hits the spot! The woman (being a woman) isn't going to let him catch easily so she plays and seduces him with her offers of the held up skirt and then covers herself every time, he tries.........hehe

Its great fun, great for parties and guaranteed to have everyone laughing their heads off whos dancing.. We did it at Sharons party and were crying with laughter......

We need more guys in this class ... so please guys drop the idea dancing isn't sexy (ask any women if they would like a partner who dances), and you will learn one thing about women..

It's the guys that dance that get the girls......... so leave your masquline heads at home bring your mates and come along.. Attitudes more than welcome (you can use that to tease) jeans trainers whatever you are comfortable in, just come along to Stalham and help us girls out...

It was another great night, with great people, salsa really is brilliant fun to learn..

Thank you guys, we really enjoyed the night (again) getting fit and happy inside has never been more fun........

Lady Godiva Ride

Twenty women stripped off for charity yesterday (Monday 19 May) to take part in a naked 'Lady Godiva' ride through Hyde Park.
The ride was organised by young British film director Vicky Jewson, to coincide with the DVD release of her film Lady Godiva.
Vicky told H&H: "The ride was a massive success. There was a big crowd and we got an incredibly positive response — no wolf whistling or anything like that. The girls were fantastic and not shy at all."
By shedding their clothing the naked ladies raised over £5,000 for Maggie's Cancer Support Centre — which has units based in Scotland and Oxfordshire.
Frances Milner, director of fundraising for Maggie's said: "What Vicky has done is fantastic. We are over the moon that she is supporting our charity."
Among the naked riders was Oxford's 107.9 FM 'Girls Talk' presenter, Rosie Tratt, who gallantly volunteered to partake in the campaign. Rosie said: "I can't believe I actually did it. It was one of the most outrageous and exciting things I have ever done."
The film is a modern take on the story of Lady Godiva, an 11th-century noblewoman who, according to legend, rode naked through Coventry in protest against her husband's harsh taxation of his people.

Getting Dirty

Well we've had another 2 days of sunshine... so that's the summer over with..lol

The birds are all queuing up outside trying to huddle under the bird table so it made me smile this morning.. bless

Its just as mad as last week here, but today Ive got a day at home which is lovely, my fellas busy at meetings today, so i thought id work here and just pack everything tomorrow... i found him on the sofa again this morning, laptop still intact and running on his lap..the tea i made him before i turned in was still there untouched, but hes happy as he got done what he needed to for this morning, the guy never stops trying... hes such a gem (and looks really funny sleeping in his boots) lol

Last night was riding, all day i was excited the day was so beautiful , i think the group was all hoping it would be a hack again...lol

Kevin is such a giggle, i turned up early as usual with him taking the mickey as i cant breath in my back protector so get rather cross wearing it, but the night just got better when i saw what horse i was on.........Billy.......Hes stunning and big !! so i ditched the protector and decided id enjoy the night for what it brought..

he told me if i hacked out on a smaller one last week hed make up for it this week, and boy didn't he..lol

It was one of the best and funniest lessons to date, everyone was laughing all night, one of the guys cracked up when i was told who i was riding as its his usual horse and he doesnt move easily, his words were " You are gonna hurt tomorrow" .. lol oh yes he was right too ! i really do hurt today ...but loved every minute of it, i wouldn't quit and did everything i set out to do, but literally had to kick all the way through the lesson as the horse just sits there taking the piss.. im sure i caught it smiling..im going to buy myself some size 10 boots next time i ride him, then well see who's laughing.....lol They are such smart creatures.....

Anyway i got into canter no problems (which the guy couldn't do last week !! 1 up for the girls, oh yes oh yes !..lol) and really loved riding him, he was such a challenge.., ive got another hack next week but im on another big one ! yipeeeeeeeeeeee Kevins getting better and better every week in my eyes...lol

We could put the horses to bed last night again, but i did kind of come unstuck, i couldn't reach the saddle to get my arm underneath and the guys were killing themselves laughing, so i took billy over to the mounting steps and found my way around it... i may be small but if theres a way ill find one !! lol

I learnt something new last night too ! dont put a tube of polos down your chaps ...lol

It worked its way down to my ankle by the end of the lesson and when i was walking billy back (its miles away) i stopped and took them out as it was beginning to hurt, but then he spots them.. and leading a horse while hes trying to bite you for about 20 mins wasnt fun, i gave in at the finish and gave him one so he would walk nicely..

The funniest part of the night was when walking him through those fields, its still very wet and muddy out there and we came to this huge puddle and mud patch, so im trying to pull him and he decides to nuzzle me into the ditch so he can walk in my dry bit...hehe i came home head to toe covered in mud , sweating and giggling my head off ... my fella laughed and just said, looks like youve had a great night then...... oh yes !

Im not the type of girl that likes to keep it clean, in fact im much happier getting down and very dirty anyday................lol

What a week

What a week! lol its been brilliant..

Thursday was Sharons and Richards first cuban dance class, we met up with cheryl and had such a great time, so many people turned up they could hardly fit them all in, it couldnt happen to nicer people - im so glad everyone gave them the support they deserved..
We have learnt out first cuban steps went home dancing and all had a brilliant night, thank you guys xxx

Friday we were due to go out to a dinner dance, i was getting pretty tired i must admit but the act was great, he was really strutting his stuff getting the croud up and dancing the night away, the food was excellent, my fella tried out his dancing again and we ended up meeting some old friends we havent seen for ages, so all round its been great..

Last night was the last in a row, so much is happening at the moment im running out of nights to fit it all in..lol we met up with our friends for a quiet one !!! hehe OMG what a night it was...
We went from having a quiet night having a meal to dancing the night away ! so dressing in knitwear wasnt the best idea ..oops i didnt let it spoil the night thankfully, without alcohol they managed to get me to totally embarass myself , it was brilliant, their company is brilliant, hes a total live wire which makes anything we do just such a giggle..
You know youve had a good night when you wake up with an aching face ! i couldnt stop giggling....

All we need now is to get these 2 guys into salsa class, now that really would be one, not to be missed..lol

Time to unwind

Good morning everyone, is it Wednesday already..The weeks flying by again...lol

This weeks been an interesting one, my website server went down yesterday so it left me behind with the packing , so today i have twice the work to do... oops

Ive been sitting outside in the rain this morning, the kids are still asleep, my house is wonderfully quiet but no doubt that will all have to change soon, 7.30 in this place is usually the start of turmoil.

Ive worked out over the years the only way i get time to myself is to either get up ridiculously early or lock myself in the bath... lol

Last night was another great class, belly dancing is such a giggle, Ive finally conquered the Egyptian walk, although it doesn't feel like it, so I'm taking Lorraine's word for it... She makes the class fun, the woman is so sexy and really shines, Ive managed to convince Sandra and her sister to come along next week too so the class is going to get even better (if that's possible) we have a little giggle on Wednesdays Sandra puts the kettle on and i show her what moves i learnt the night before, last week i had her gyrating round my lounge..lol i wish i could have seen Johns face when she went home wiggling...lol

Salsa was brilliant, i don't dance with my fella much as i like to dance with the others there, well we get time at home if we want to practise its more fun moving round the room, we are all beginning to know each other well so it feels like a really close group, im so happy that we managed to find such great people and such a fun class... cheryl is one of the nicest people ive ever met (and such a giggle with it) so im making great friends as well as learning something..

Tonight thankfully i have a quiet night in planned, i need a hot meal, bath and an earlish night, my bum hurts from riding wednesday my legs and feet ache from dancing last night so ill sweet talk my fella into cooking tonight and use that word that doesnt come up in this house very often......relax........lol

Ah bliss...............................
