Sunny Days

Its been a brilliant week! the weathers been gorgeous how often do we get to BBQ in April..

This weeks been packed solid, we've been out dancing to our usual haunts and had a great time, Richard and Sharon are now in Cuba so we got Jackie and the girls Thursday, it was such a good lesson the whole night was brilliant, boy didn't i panic when i got pulled up to rueda with 3 of the really good dancers, they were calling moves i didn't have a clue what they were but jackie's lead was so expert i managed to get through most, we've decided we are going along Sunday to see Max and his brothers at Keir and pushing ourselves a bit more..

We haven't done much dancing over the last 3 weeks as we thought my fella had chicken pox, luckily it was an allergy so now we have to make up for the lost time, you soon forget your moves when you take a break, Ive got something special planned for tonight that i hope will help him so hopefully this weekend should be as much fun as the rest of the week has been...

Mondays riding was brilliant as i learnt so much, i also learnt that Bad mood Billy wont behave for two weeks on the trot ! god was he a total pain again, its so hit and miss with him , if he decides hes not moving that's it..lol Kevin made us all spend time sitting on a barrel to get everything right and boy didn't that hurt ! i know now that my seating still needs some work...

Last night we threw a party to celebrate my eldest sons birthday, my house was full of happy people all there to show him how much hes loved, Ive got a few of his mates still up there sleeping but all in all the night went so smoothly, my fella did us all proud and cooked up a storm on the BBQ, I really had such a great night..

Its Dayles 18th on Wednesday so as you can imagine Ive been saving up, and am going to put him through his driving lessons to help him find his freedom, once he gets that there will be no stopping him....lol hes such a lovely lad I'm lucky to have such a good friend in him..

Tuesday hes coming round to sort everyone's hair out before he flies out to Egypt, theres a queue waiting ready, Ive agreed to let him cut mine shorter ! eek My lack of iron sadly did take it toll on some things i can't reverse quickly and my hair paid the price, so I'm going backwards to go forwards and starting again....

Today I'm catching up with emails work and then seeing how fast i can do the housework, i have treated myself to some new jeans which are 5 feet too long so I'm getting the machines out and seeing what i can come up with, Ive already chopped the waistband off and started making adjustments so it should keep me entertained for an hour..

Next week is going to be a good one, I'm in London middle of the week, meeting up with Cheryl and our friends afterwards, partying with a great bunch of girls (and a jacuzzi) on Friday and slotting everything i can fit in between...

I hope the weather stays as beautiful as it is today.........

New Beginings

Wow its Saturday already, wheres the week gone?

This week has brought many surprises, people have said and done things that have made me realise that i have some damn good people around me...

Last night i got to meet a very special guy who Ive been speaking to and flirting over the phone with for years, but never met in person............OMG is he totally gorgeous....i was actually lost for words, his voice is sexy enough (like guinness) but hes got the looks to match!

Don't get worried he is one of my fellas partners so ill behave impeccably of course :) i call them the three musketeers and believe between them they will conquer the world, each one of them has talents beyond belief , together they make one hell of a team..they are 3 very sexy guys that's for sure.. (ive already put my name down for the secretary job).....lol

Riding went so well on Tuesday. I got Jack for the first lesson (who i Love riding) it all went so smoothly i got him into canter straight away, the lesson was at a fast pace so i didn't have time to think just get on with it, i came out of there so happy and so determined the 2nd part i was allocated 'bad mood Billy' ..lol I love this horse and find him strangely amusing as he doesn't do anything that i want him to do usually, so hes quite a challenge..

I tried a little technique with my legs i was using on Jack on Billy and somehow it seemed to work ! he was so well behaved, that's the best hes ever been for me, he cantered round lovely and didn't stop and stare at the wall all night ! hehe

To say my bum and legs are sore would be an understatement.. ive been walking around timidly stinking of Tiger Balm all week !

I know today im not going to be able to shut my fella up, so the headsets charged ready, yesterday was one very positive day for him, so i expect to hear about it all day ..

I'm not sure what we are doing today, we are playing it by ear, i could do more photos as its glorious sunshine again so ill see how he feels when he wakes up, the kids are at a party most of the day so we have some kid free time, which im hoping we will make the most of today..

Right time for shower ,cuppa and some breakfast and into that garden to watch the birds before this lot wake up and the endless door knocking starts.. At one point yesterday i had 12 kids up there playing ! I think all the mums instruct them to come to mine as everyone does...

This is my favourite time of the day.. no noise, no kids just peace sunshine and a garden full of visitors all coming to say good morning

After The Rain

Its been a terrific morning, the musics so good on the radio, they are playing the all time top 500 tracks so Ive been singing my head off since i woke up and dancing round the lounge..lol

Today although its bank holiday I'm getting set up for the week and packing, ive had a few days off this weekend been out and about and had a great night partying, ive really enjoyed myself, its amazing how good people can make you feel.. I feel really good at the moment ..

My fellas in fine spring spirit and cracking me up today, there isn't a clean word that's coming into his conversation it always ends up with that smirk and i cant help but giggle..it must be the sunshine and warm weather every ones so happy..

Tomorrows going to be a good one, im doing a double riding lesson tomorrow night and cant wait, the earlier part im spending with a barrell (not brandy sadly) as its supposed to really help get that transition right, i thought riding was sitting on a saddle and just going !! theres so much to learn but I'm enjoying it more than i ever have and wake up on riding days beaming..

This weeks been such a breath of fresh air, a bit like sitting outside after the rain has fallen, just as that beautiful sun comes out, everything looks so fresh sparkly and new, it makes you feel like theres so much out there yet to experience, springs arrived, the birds are making their nests and chasing each other about with excitement, so why shouldn't we.....................

I cant put my finger on why i feel so positive at the moment all i know is I feel like a bird thats just discovered it can fly so im enjoying the moment...........

Bank holidays are usually boring... this ones been brilliant.....

My Week

Its been a lovely couple of days. We took the kids to the beach Sunday which they really enjoyed, it made me giggle as whatever they are doing they kept popping their heads up to make sure we were still there, We went and sat in the dunes away from the wind which was lovely, its the first time this year I have seen the sea! just listening to it made me feel peaceful..
Last night was riding, my god was i excited ! I missed last week as i had to have some iron injections and wasnt allowed to ride or drive, god did i miss it.
My fella was a gem and took Lauren to her class for me so i could carry on working as i wanted to be off the computer last night and was up against time, usually im running on monday nights trying to get her there and be on time myself but its worth all the hassle though i really love being up there. Next week im planning on doing a bit more, its been a hard couple of weeks with the work so im rewarding myself and doing more of that stuff i enjoy so much.

Last night i was riding Fudge, hes a lovely little chap and was well behaved for me we got to put the horses out in the fields again after the lesson, that to me really hits home springs arrived, taking off their head collars and watching them run free round those fields is priceless, i end up getting home later and later now which considering i ride at 6.30 makes me giggle as i still get home at the time i did when i was riding at 8.30 ! Kevins got us all sitting on barrells next week which will definately be one for the camera..lol
Im booking a hack now its warmer and asking claire if she'll take some photos for me, Lauren went out on her first hack last week and didnt stop talking for a week! Im so jealous i cant wait to head off through those fields...

Today im doing a little bit of everything, a bit more listing, slot in a bit of gardening and finishing with a spring clean in my home, my fellas gone out so the musics up loud and im willy'ing round the lounge ! hehe no i havent spelt that wrong its my favourite salsa track at the moment....

Spring time

Its been a really busy but productive week, ive either been doing photos or listing new products so missed quite a few nights sleep but its been worth it all though..
My fellas been a complete gem, hes been working with me all week and backing me up even when it meant he lost his sleep too...lol

This year things have been so different,thanks to the help of a few good people that have been helping me, they say help goes a long way and its certainly gone a long way in my books, thank you x
Last night was salsa but we were both so tired non of us were our usual selves and had much energy left for dancing..lol (sorry Richard & Sharon) but as i went to sleep last night i smiled away to myself ..
Its the work we do today that should grant us the grace to enjoy our time tomorrow ! and this summer i fully intend to salsa the summer nights away with friends and Steve and make the most of any sunshine we get....
The blossoms on the trees its starting to all come to life and everyones glad to see springs long awaited arrival.......
Including me...........
