We spent a special weekend with friends we havent seen in a while...

And it was just like we have never been away, it isnt until you lose something you realise how much you need it, and i think we all understand that now ...

and although ive tried to throw myself into work in hope the sadness would dissappear, it melted away the moment they threw their arms around us...
