Back to my Virtual Life

Slowly things are settling down this end, its been nothing but worrying, police interviews and various things ive needed to sort out, the good news is hopefully its getting settled, my son after 2 attempts to get him back to school actually came home yesterday smiling.. that is such a relief..

He went back to his limited new classes Monday only to walk into 4 of the brick throwers in his new class of 8 so as you can imagine it wasnt pleasant, he did me proud and held his head up even though they really were being total thugs, thankfully one call to the headteacher in disgust hes swiftly sorted that out, hes now been moved in with his best friends and is feeling much more settled, theres only so much you can ask a lad to put up with.. Even i was losing my temper!

Im still pursuing the other avenues of tuition though which have been advised to look at and its looking bright, im also waiting for my response from the board of governers to see where this so called 'anti bullying' and ' every childs entitled to an education' things about ~ we havent seen much of that from any count. Hopefully someone will answer some questions..

The lovely lad whos given my family so much grief decided he would press charges on my fella for going after him ~ isnt the world such a lovely place sometimes, he did try really hard to cause so much upset and indeed has given me so much grief but he didnt win.. lies always come out in the end like i tell my kids .. so i still believe that honesty is the best policy ...

This weeks been a bit of a strange one, I went riding on Monday to try and get rid of some frustration i was feeling and thankfully the horses came through for me again, this week i got a huge white horse called 'Ice' for my jumping lesson, I nearly sh8t myself ~ how the hell i managed to get him to jump, ill never know, but i came home feeling much more confident for going and alot happier inside ..even if i couldnt walk so well the next day ! :)

Today was my day to spend in hospital ~ as i had to cancel my last appointment so they rescheduled it for today and told me not to miss it , its not something i was looking forward to, but over the last few months Ive had bouts of blacking out and dizziness (see i am a genuine dizzy blonde!) without any alcohol involved too, so i had to get it checked out..

After spending a few hours being shaken like a cocktail, having hot water poured down my ears and eyes squirted while wearing the strangest of blackout camera goggles on my eyes.. they discovered that my balance sensors are not working like they hoped, one side seems to go to sleep when it wishes, which is when i start doing my 'shes gotta be pissed routine' they do think its all connected with the migraines i get, and they are what is causing the system to shut down, so Ive been given some new drugs to try so will wait and see whats next.

My doctor thought as much and knew of one other lady that had the same symptoms, sadly she wasn't diagnosed until she was walking home from a club one night on her own and had blacked out in a shop door, people were all walking past her thinking she was on drugs or drunk and took no notice, she was found in the morning beaten up... so I'm thankful that i did get to make today in better shape.. theres always a positive somewhere...

Ive been a guinea pig for years, trying just about every new drug out for these migraines, but sometimes it ends with a cyclamorphine jab in what arse i have, and put to sleep... you've heard of people opening their front doors looking worse for wear right? well Ive been there, done that, and forgotten all clothing including my t-shirt .. thank god it was a friend at the door that's all i'll say......hehe

They are made worse when I'm stressed (isn't that part amusing) my life like most peoples is full of the stuff ~ i have 4 kids, a fashion business to run and a fella that's a workaholic .... but i wouldn't change any of it for the world... I look on the migraines now as my shut downs, when i need to stop they always seem to appear, and make me do what I'm told for a change...

Vodka gives me bad headaches too, the only difference is, I get a little dancing done in between falling on the floor and the headache :)

Tonight I'm knackered, I'm left with not much sense today (as you can all read), i feel sick extremely not right and have to go for new stock tomorrow ! so I'm going to be a good girl and go to bed early.. before i become a nuisance..

Paris in Spring

We just got back last night from Paris... wow it really was a great trip...

The roads still scare the hell out of me but my fella did me proud and managed to avoid a high speed crash on the way home, they drive so fast there and i honestly dont know how he avoided it....

We had to stay a little longer than expected, so i had time to really look well, i brought back some stunning things for spring which will put some new life and colour into my shop.. I really do love this time of year..theres lots of yellows, pinks, purples, intigos, coming with naturals and white still going strong ... for those of you that love easy wear lose fitting clothes this is going to be a great season, its lose and carefree with floaty, long, free flowing tops and so much colour, for an evening look its feminine, lose drapes, with beautiful neck detailing... low cut cleavages are OUT instead are cuts that show very little but tease very much, its the time we get to dress as women and captivate imaginations without having to feel uncomfortable.... tight jeans are featured heavily but lightweight cotton ones in the most vibrant shades, so team these with long free flowing tops and a good belt....... for any of you women that have hang ups about hips and bellies.. fear not these styles are every girls dream ..lol

This year its clothes that are gorgeous to wear totally comfortable and scream feminine and fun at you, high cut necks with beads pendants and grecian stones..... for anoyone that doesnt do colourful, naturals white and silver grey are the ones for you to go for... easy to wear long, lose tops that feel as good as they look...

We had a brilliant time together and even managed some romantic nights out, i was wined and dined and loved every moment of it...roll on my next trip.... ive got a feeling ill be going back very soon as im not expecting this lot to last long... its totally beautiful........

I have a busy one today, its riding this morning at 10.30 at my usual school, but today i am taking stelli with me, shes a born rider and used to have her own school so is thankfully coming with me to both places now , she helps me and gives me hints and tips..lol

I had to giggle wednesday i slotted in a lesson at the new stable just before leaving for Paris ! i wont do that again in a hurry...... it was a lesson with no stirups ! my god didnt my bum and legs ache, to go from that to sitting in the car for 9 hours....OMG Ive had more exercise this week that ever... today i havent got a clue what im doing thankfully, sometimes its better not to know..I love spontanious every time.......lol

Anyway what i didnt know was stelli videoed my lesson with no stirups (she was certain i would fall off the horse) and decided that it had to be captured on camera ! I didnt fall thankfully so am proving them wrong.. everyones waiting for it i know, so ill make sure i keep my confidence up and concentrate on staying on that saddle....lol

I am loading the videos up into my blog shortly as stelli is going to tape the class weekly now and im gonna give everyone a giggle by posting them week by week...

Anyway after riding im off to a party this afternoon but back tonight for a well earnt night in, with all the kids.... Im grabbing a couple of videos, far too much popcorn and enjoying a night with my family.........

Priceless

Its been a good day today, ive just got back from the unit the day has really flown by...

The good news is my fella has been in his meetings today regarding my business as its now ready to move to the next stage and out of the three companies weve asked to join us, all three have said yes.........

Im so pleased and very excited now, its been a long time coming..

I have to work out how to model a few more lines as the samples are now on their way back with my partner, so the site is going to get very interesting ..

One place i didnt think would want to know bit his hand off, so its a big up yours to a certain woman who spent years copying and mimicking me as she cant follow this, ( i have 7 years advance on her there,and a wealth of knowledge in this field so in websites its a pretty big mountain, but have also spent 18 months of living a mad exisitance trying to get this site finished, when both me and my fella wondered if it ever would be..

So for today at least im glad and happy weve finally got it to this point, and stayed the course..

My fella made a couple of decisions last year that i wasnt totally happy about and financially we really paid a huge price for them, but what weve both learnt was invaluable, but he said he wouldnt quit, until what he saw in his mind materialised and today was a massive step towards that vision .... so now its up to me to sew those seeds and make him proud..........

Just like he has done for me today..............Thank you Steve .....

day flew

Im glad to have got yesterday out of the way....

It was certainly a hard day all round, but done now thankfully...

It could have been worse and could have been better, so at least its all settled and now i can move on...

Today I'm having half day i have some sewing that i want to finish and my friend is coming round tonight so it should be a real giggle....

Our friends popped in yesterday, on their way to the airport, so well be thinking of them today getting on that plane...

My partners decided we need a break so were going in June as planned, i know exactly where i want to go,it all roman style with columns in the pool, its been in my head for months so I'm gonna finish the site this week and book.....

I'm off to Nottinghill this week to see Lana, so it should be good fun...

especially if the weather stays as beautiful as this........
